1.售后服务中心对完工工程提供一对一钢板仓使用上岗培训,至少三个月电话回访一次:提醒客户在钢板仓使用过程中应该注意的问题,收集客户对公司产品质量及相关服务的意见及建议。

After the project is finished, our after-sales service center carries out training before the silos are used,We have phone service every three months to remind our customers of the possible problems and collect advices or suggestions in quality and service. 

2.售后服务中心在接到客户反馈的信息或质量异议后,将安排工程师以最快的交通工具赶到现场,提供技术方案,周到、彻底地解决用户使用过程中的一切问题。

Upon the collection of advices or suggestions, the after-sales center will arrange our engineers to arrive in time to provide technical solutions to wipe out the problem.

3.产品在交付使用一年期内,免费保修;超过一年保修期的,公司将一如既往的贴心服务,只收取相应工本费。

We provide a 1-year free maintenance after the project is finished and the silo is put into service. We provide thoughtful service and collect only the cost of materials.
